  • Condition: Both plates show age, some rubbing to the painted areas and gilded edges, a few blemishes. Didn't notice any chips. On the back side, right under the stamp, there is 1 small surface crack on one plate, that seems to be original to the factory (best seen in photo #6). Please, see photos and description.

    Description

    Set of 2 Antique RC Claire Bavaria Rosenthal Co. Hand Painted Plates, both signed by the same artist. Both plates are approximately 8" in diameter and have green mark with crown, crossed lines with R. C. Claire Bavaria.
    Both plates show age, some rubbing to the painted areas and gilded edges, a few blemishes. Didn't notice any chips. On the back side, right under the stamp, there is 1 small surface crack on one plate, that seems to be original to the factory (best seen in photo #6).
