COMPLETE SAMESOR ROLLFORMING LINE FOR MEDITERRANEAN S-TILE ROOF PROFILE

Description

This listing is for a complete Samesor Roll-forming Line for producing an "S-Tile" metal roof profile.  The S-Tile resembles a Spanish / Mediterranean tile and is made out of 24 ga and 26 ga steel, as well as 0.0320 aluminum.  The line is full operational, under power and in excellent working order.  It comes with the Florida Building Code Approval, which typically can cost ,000 and can take up to 6 months to get.  You can get this into production for Florida sales right away.
MADE IN FINLAND.  Available for inspection and demonstration at Sabre Metals of Florida location in Longwood, Florida.
Footprint:
80' long x 10' wide x 6' high.  The mill is in 4 sections - 3 rolling mills + stacking head.
Panel Profile:
Substrate: 26 and 24 ga galvalume, as well as 0.032 aluminum
Coating: Typically PVDF or SMP for metal roofing applications
Width: 48 - 48.50" master coil width (standard in industry and readily available)
Panel width after forming: 39.30" Coverage
Panel lengths: 24" min - 30' max using stacking unit.  Panels can be run longer by running the profile through the stacker and manually removing them.
Deviation: Minimal.  We have run panels up to 30' long with deviation less than 1/8".  The line is perfectly square.
Operation:
Load the coil onto the decoiler and then manually feed into infeed section of rolling mill.
Once sheet has been formed and fed through the press section, program the cut-list into the control panel and press "run".
The panels will form, cut to precision lengths and stack automatically as programmed.
Infeed time is usually 1-2 minutes; setup and run time varies with the job, but we can produce a 30 square roof in about an hour.
Once the job is done, the bundle of panels can be rolled out from the stacker for a waiting forklift or crane.

40' Rolling mill with hardened stainless steel rolls (virtually no wear and tear on either the rolls or the bearings)
Stamping head with step-die
Auto-shear that cuts the panel profile to length
Auto outfeed with auto-stacker for handling panels up to 30' in length
Hydraulic unit for operating stamping head and shear, with built-in lubricating unit.
Shop air required for automatic operation of stacker unit.

What you need:
Warehouse with at least 6" of concrete, 480V power and good air supply.
Terms:
Sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS".  Available for inspection and demonstration.  All the electrical connections on the line are already properly labeled and tagged for disconnection and re-installation.  After payment, Seller will unbolt and disassemble the line, but Buyer is responsible for rigging and loading onto their trucks.  Seller willing to provide training prior to disassembly.
