    Rosenthal (Germany) Empire - Set of four 10 3/4" diameter dinner plates -  Ivory colored with blue wreath design and gold trim - Each has a tiny flaw....a couple rubs to the inner gold band, a tiny discoloration, a couple of 'dots' in the glaze (see photos)..... no chips cracks and very minimal signs of use.
